Mood Juice for emotional wellness
While the topic of emotional wellness can be difficult to open up about, I’m going to use this opportunity to do just that. Mood swings can be really difficult to deal with. It can be extremely embarrassing at times, and there’s a lot of unnecessary shame around not being in control of your emotions. This is why I decided to give it a go along side peace juice.
My history with sadness
To keep it as brief as possible, when I was in elementary school, I used to burst into tears often. My teachers would write in my report cards that I needed to “learn to control my emotions”. So from an early age, I understood that my emotions were something I needed to step on. It’s always been something that I struggle with, and I’ve never felt comfortable with the idea of taking antidepressants.
Why I decided to try Mood Juice
Mood Juice by Oranic Olivia is a formula of all natural products that supports the nervous system, and emotional well-being. When I saw this type of product existed, I immedietly knew it was something had to try. Organic Oliva refers to it as one of the “tools” in her kit, which help get her through the tougher days, and well…that sounded like something I needed in my life.
Mood juice should not be taken along side antidepressants. Also depression is a very serious topic, and I am by no means trying to minimize by suggesting this herbal tonic. The herb St. John’s Wort in Organic Olivia’s Mood Juice is classified as a trophestorative to the nervous system. I’ve been taking Mood Juice, and seeing the immediate effects but I’m really looking forward to its long term benefits towards my nervous system.
Mood juice has a soft stimulating effect that increases the desire to move out of our place of depression and do something about it ( or at least thats how it helped me). It gave me the little extra drive I needed to get up and make myself a a snack, stretch or even go on a walk! For those who suffer from these low moments, where you literally have no energy to take care of yourself, these are big accomplishments!
Overall, Mood Juice has proven to be something I can count on for the days when I need a little boost of motivation, or a brighter outlook. Like I had mentioned earlier, I’m really hoping that I’ll see some effects on a long term scale and looking forward to reporting this information when the time comes.
