This book also explains the importance of the diet and why she took this plant over processed path. These recipes will definitely make you forget that you are missing out on anything at all.
I couldn’t put out a list of books without putting one of Medical Medium’s books in it. The reason being is after having acute pyelonephritis in Thailand and recurrent UTI’s, I was desperate for answers. His podcast and books really helped me understand the root cause of illnesses and how to really be healthier.

My favorite of them all has to be Earthy Andy’s cookbook Plant Over Processed. What she does with plants is truly mind blowing. I dare you to try her recipes out.
