I couldn’t put out a list of books without putting one of Medical Medium’s books in it. The reason being is after having acute pyelonephritis in Thailand and recurrent UTI’s, I was desperate for answers. You must have already heard that your health begins in your gut…. So whatever digestion issues you are encountering may be because of your gut. Targeting the root cause is paramount.
Luckily there are many ways that you can give your gut some love. Such as diet, probiotics, digestive bitters, or even doing a gut cleanse can be a great start to seeing results.
My favorite of them all has to be Earthy Andy’s cookbook Plant Over Processed. What she does with plants is truly mind blowing. I dare you to try her recipes out.
